1. Eligibility
The Club 52 OTB Kentucky Derby 2026 Pick the Winner Contest is open to all individuals. To claim a prize, the winner must be physically present at Club 52 OTB on race day. Employees of Club 52 and their immediate family members are not eligible.
2. Contest Rules
One entry per person. Entries close at 6:30 PM EST on Saturday, May 2, 2026, and no entries will be accepted after that time. In the event of a tie, a random drawing will be held among all correct picks. The winner must be present at the time of the drawing to claim their prize. No cash alternative to any stated prize will be offered. All decisions made by Club 52 OTB are final and binding.
3. Game Rules
Your horse pick is locked the moment you submit your entry. Only your first valid submission counts; duplicate entries for the same email address may be voided at Club 52's discretion. Scratched horses are ineligible and entries for scratched horses will be void. Club 52 OTB reserves the right to void any entry it deems invalid, fraudulent, or in violation of these rules.

Personal information collected through this contest (including your name, email address, and phone number) is used solely by Club 52 OTB for contest administration and marketing communications. Your information will not be sold or shared with unaffiliated third parties.
6. Liability Release
By participating in this contest, you release Club 52 OTB, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Club 52 OTB is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or errors that prevent entries from being received or processed.
7. Governing Law
This contest is governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of Kentucky. Any disputes arising from participation shall be subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction of the State of Kentucky.
8. Right to Cancel or Modify
Club 52 OTB reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this contest at any time and for any reason without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, no prizes will be awarded.
